For over 18 years, Dimitry has been involved in the nightlife and hospitality industry. From creating memorable events to hosting some of the most successful and well known clients, Dimitry has always pursued his passion. After helping develop nightlife in his collegiate years, he set his sights on his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He built one of the first photo driven platforms in the midwest to capture the social experience on a nightly basis. This platform helped create unique sponsor-driven events around the multi-city area. From grand openings to fashion shows to movie premiers, Dimitry’s company orchestrated successful experiences for clients and goers alike.

In 2008 Dimitry expanded his reach and moved to Las Vegas to help open up the most expensive and successful nightclub in the world. XS Nightclub is located in the prestigious Wynn/Encore Resorts and boasts one of the largest footprints of any venue. This 5-Star 5-Diamond experience gave Dimitry an exclusive hands-on opportunity to work with some of the most successful celebrities, athletes and business owners.
Every night I had a chance to meet and host some of the most interesting people around the globe. The people I’ve met and the skills I’ve acquired will propel me into any hospitality endeavor that I choose next.
Creative Background
Dimitry studied Computer Engineering at Iowa State University with a focus in software development. He is self-taught in web and graphic design and used his skills to build the successful photo driven platform in his hometown. Building websites has always been a side project and it wasn’t until 2012 that his Las Vegas startup company BananaDog Media generated some buzz and fueled him to give more attention to the creative industry. With over 10+ years of web and graphic design experience, his philosophy is simple: “Every Pixel Counts!” This ensures attention to detail and a beautiful and rich media experience. In the fall of 2015, BananaDog Media’s extraordinary work was recognized by the digital media world when it won the “2015 Best Company Website” award in Las Vegas. The honor beat out MGM Resorts for the top spot and dubbed Dimitry and his team as a premier Las Vegas creative agency!

At the end of 2014, Dimitry retired from the Las Vegas nightlife industry and left his respected position with great memories, amazing friendships and new aspirations.
